Part 1: Head Studies
- 20-30 head studies from observation
- focus on designing a good 2D shape and getting good gesture & character
- next focus on observing corners and major planes (3D)
Part 2: Detailed Skull Study

- add tone and edges as needed to render form
Part 3: Velasquez Trace over
- Using computer or tracing paper, trace the major planes discussed in lecture
- complete at least 5
